I'm so saddened by this announcement. In growing up "Chester", Joe was a family favorite and always welcoming to the "younger" cousins. I hope that he will rest peacefully in eternity and be reunited with those he loved. He leaves behind many who will miss him terribly. Love and sympathy to his siblings, children, and grandchildren.
