Sorry to learn of cousin Lew's passing. My condolences to Stevie, Ed & Colleen as well as Betty & Arizona boys - Eric, Stephen, Sean & David.

Fond memories of that clan and all the time the Penn Yan Brady's spent at their house on Adams Street in Seneca Falls. My dad and Lews dad were twin brothers. Lewie was named after my dad. RIP Lew!

I've got some nice unlisted home movies (video) on YouTube which includes footage of Lew & the gang as a youths, if any of Lews loved ones are interested:

Some of you know this story. It speaks clearly to Lew”s love for family. Twenty-five or more years ago, I had a business trip to Phoenix coming up, and my Mom made me promise to call my cousin Lewie when I arrived. She even called Phyllis to get his telephone number. I was concerned about being intrusive, but I made the call. Lew picked me up at my hotel and brought me back to the house, where I received a warm and gracious welcome. Eric was there; Sean was only about a week old. We ordered Mexican takeout and then talked like the years had never come between us, and watched home movies of one of the Brady Family reunions. It was so heartwarming to receive a welcome like that a thousand miles from home. To Betty, Colleen and Jim, Eric and Sean and all the family, please accept my condolences. There is a phrase somewhere that reads “I was a stranger and you welcomed me”. Lew, God Speed and Rest In Peace. Your cousin, Sharon Dolan - St. Louis, MO
