Mary Jo Dombek

SENECA FALLS - Mary Jo Dombek, 54, of Mackenzie Drive, Seneca Falls, passed away Saturday (August 20, 2016) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday (August 26) at White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Drive, Weedsport. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Weedsport.

Mary Jo was born in Auburn, on October 29, 1961, to the late William and Anne Marie Delaney Weatherstone. She was employed by Welch Allyn as a Lead Administrator, HR Operations. Prior to her employment at Welch Allyn, Mary Jo worked for GE in Camillus and Hobart College in Geneva. Mary Jo took care of her parents for many years, never complaining and always there for family and friends in times of need. She had a large circle of friends from childhood, work and bowling. She enjoyed trips to the casino and especially spending time on Cross Lake with her family.
Mary Jo is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Ken Dombek; her son, Colin Dombek; her sister, Nancy (Brad) Eastman; her brothers, Thomas Weatherstone, Gerald (Beth) Weatherstone, William (Mary) Weatherstone and James Weatherstone; her sister-in-law, Sharon (Don) Colonial; her brother-in-law, Tom (Renee) Dombek; her uncle, Bill and aunt, Gloria Delaney; uncle, Albert and aunt, Elinor Weatherstone; aunt, Bernie Weatherstone and aunt, Jean Novack; several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary Jo was predeceased by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Frank and Dolores Dombek; her sister-in-law, Linda Roach and brother-in-law, Dennis Dombek.
