Robert Hanlin Obituary
Funeral services and burial in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, N.Y. will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours.
Robert was born in Seneca Falls, N.Y., on October 1, 1926, the son of the late John and Lena (Callahan) Hanlin. He was a life resident of Seneca Falls & a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Air Force. He was retired from NY Telephone Co where he worked as a repairman and also been employed by Lucent Technologies. Robert was a member of Kirk-Casey Post #366 American Legion, Seneca Falls, the Seneca Falls Elks Lodge #992 and the Canoga Sportsmen's Club.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ullrich Hanlin of Seneca Falls, whom he married on May 27, 1950; one daughter, Brenda (Dan) Geblein, Grand Island, N.Y.; one son, Robert (Kathleen) Hanlin, JR., Seneca Falls, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Adam and Kevin Mazgaj and Joseph Hanlin; one sister, Joan (Hubert) Ritter, Seneca Falls, N.Y., several nieces & Nephews
In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by one brother, Jack Hanlin.
