Roger Bundschuh Obituary
Family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday (November 25) at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 West Miller Street, Newark. A Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday (November 26) at Cross Creek Church, 3700 Route 31, Palmyra. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Phelps, NY. Following the burial, there will be a celebration of Roger's life, at the Phelps American Legion.
In memory of Roger, in lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Cross Creek Church or American Diabetes, 160 Allens Creek Rd, Bldg. 160, 1st FL, Rochester, NY 14618.
Roger was born the son of the late George and Pearl (Lounsbury) Bundschuh, on Sunday (September 24, 1939) in Rochester, N.Y. As a heavy equipment operator, he worked for the Town of Perinton. Roger enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was also a great NASCAR fan. Roger found it very relaxing driving though Amish country and viewing the sites.
Roger will be lovingly remembered by his son, Rodney Bundschuh; daughter, Rhonda (Jeff) Colacino; stepchildren Fritz (Lynn) Ring, Wendy Hill and her friend, Jeffrey Krebbeks and Jeffrey Ring; sister, Beverly (Donald) Mertz; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Roger was predeceased by his loving wife, Marilyn Ann (Schwab) Bundschuh, on July 5, 2014.
