I worked with Roger for almost 10
years. He was the best leader that I have ever worked with. He was able to focus on issues and
compartmentalize problems when all around him seemed to be falling apart. His door was always open if you needed help. I have many great memories of Roger. Donna and I are so sorry for your loss. John Hasty

I am so deeply sorry for your loss> I have not seen Rog since we graduated in '65 but I have nothing but great memories of the friendship we had growing up. Rog was a very special guy and had a smile that could light up the darkest room. Rest in peace my friend!

My most sincere sympathy to the entire Youngs family. Roger was robbed of a longer life. I hope God has a better plan than the wonderful husband, father and grandfather that he was. May your memories sustain you through this difficult time and always.
