Beth Arnold Obituary

Beth Coleen (Felger) Arnold, 73, of Columbia City, passed away on April 17, 2025, . Born on November 15, 1951, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a daughter of the late Merle and Laura (Clifford) Felger. She grew up near Arcola and graduated from Carroll High School in 1970. Beth worked for Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana and more recently at the Whitley County Family YMCA. She was a member of the Unity Church in Fort Wayne. Surviving are her children, Nathan W. (Melinda) Arnold of Columbia City, Zenda M. (John) Tyler of Brownsburg, IN, and Travis (Elizabeth) Arnold of Columbia City; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Lowell (LuAna) Felger of Arcola, Connie Fisher of Fort Wayne, Amy (Sam) VanEvery of Churubusco, Paul (Carol) Felger of Fort Wayne, Ruth (Phillip) Rivard of Columbia City, and Nan (Steve) Burman of Arcola; and sister in-law, Karen Felger of Arcola. She was preceded in death by a brother, Irvin.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday (April 24th) at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. Visitation will be from 4 until the service on Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials in Beth's honor are to the Whitley County YMCA preschool program.
