No matter how long our love ones are with us, it is never long enough. Cathy's smile was contagious and has left a memorable impression upon me. Thanks to the Peterson family for sharing Cathy with the world. Cathy and Greg attended high school with my husband and me.

Speaking for myself but knowing that the rest of us in various parts of the country who cannot be there, and as represented by those of us that can be, we are feeling the devastation of our lost but also cherishing as well as relishing the jovial spirited splendor Cathy always gave to each of us. To our aunt, Martha, our mother’s little sister, all of our first cousins, and the downline of nieces and nephews, we know and trust you understand the love we have for Cathy just as you. As much as we love Cathy, we ask that you not feel alone with grief and allow yourselves to connect to and feel the love that we have for each of you, our family, - ‘our folks’.
Even though we all cope with matters like this in our own way and in our own time, I pray that not too much time passes before we all come to the understanding that the lost and tragedy for each of us would be to have not known Cathy at all or have her in our lives.

To the Peterson family; God has called another one of his angels home. Cathy was a very good friend of mine. We walked back and forth to school together a many years but, developed a great friendship that lasted even beyond highschool.
