It´s very hard to believe that David is no longer with us. His presence at the project meetings , his responsiveness and his ability to communicate will be truly missed.

Growing up on Dartmouth Drive next door to the Armstrong family, I remember many debates with David over the value of Mountain Dew! Brings a smile! Funny guy ........

David was of invaluable help to me when I started working with INDOT. A keen wit and ready smile. He is remembered with appreciation and respect. Rest in peace, sir.
