I will always remember the good times that Dave and I shared, the last time in October of 2007 in Jacksonville, Florida where we watched the Air Show together. My condolenscences go out to Dave's family and friends who have lost a wonderful part of their life. I am so glad to have been able to share in his life with all of you and will always remember him as one of my very, very dear friends.
