Terri, We were so sad to learn the news of Dave's passing. Please know that you, David & Samantha are in our thoughts and prayers. We're sorry we can't be at the funeral, but Tom and I are in Seattle with Jon & family, they just had twins (boy&girl).

So sorry for your loss. David was my first cousin on my mother's side. She and Doris were sisters. I hadn't seen David but a few times since we all grew up. Fond memories of the family. You are the rest of his family are in my thoughts and prayers.
