GEORGE WARFIELD Obituary

GEORGE WARFIELD, 87, of Fort Wayne, departed this life on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. He was born August 20, 1923, in Guthrie, Ky. Surviving are his wife, Willia Warfield; sons, Tyrone Warfield of Fort Wayne and Gregory (Yvette) Porter of Indianapolis; stepsons, Raymond (Tonia) Mosby-Folks of Fort Wayne and Jerry Mosby-Folks of St. Louis, Mo.; sisters, Earleen Nelson of Detroit, Mich. and Edna Rose Marshall of Orlando, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Tuesday at Concordia Lutheran Church, with visitation two hours prior. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements by Carmichael Funeral Service.
