Gloria Horton Obituary

Gloria Horton, 92, of Fort Wayne, passed away at home on December 26, 2024, Gloria was born on March 1, 1932 to the late Chester and Ruth McKee. On October 6, 1951, after graduation from North Side High School, she married her high school sweetheart, Gale. After working briefly for Lincoln National Bank, she stepped away to embrace the role of homemaker and fulltime motherhood. Gloria loved her flowers, landscaping and the beauties of nature. Her most cherished memories were of her time spent in Northern Michigan. But nothing could surpass her love and devotion to her family. Survivors include her husband, Gale; son, Gregory (Sarah) Horton; daughter, Kathryn (Mark) McComb; grandchildren, Quinton (Jenni) Horton, Brittany Horton, and Alex McComb; and four great-grandchildren.
