I knew Harold through the Allen County Plan Commission. He was a kind and conscientious member and treated all that came before the board with respect. He served his community well. I told him one time after a meeting that we knew Janell as well through Wray & Assoc. years after she had passed, and you could tell it still broke his heart, as it does all of us. Our deepest condolences to Harold's Family.
