HELEN N. MARQUART

HELEN N. MARQUART, 94, of Palatine, Ill., passed away peacefully Saturday, June 19, 2010, with her family be her side at her granddaughter's home. She was born on March 11, 1916, in Bluffton. She managed school cafeterias for Fort Wayne Community Schools for 18 years and was also a member of Simpson United Methodist Church for over 50 years. She is survived by her son, Clark (Kathleen) Marquart; her loving granddaughter, Christine Perochena; and her great-granddaughters, Solana and Iliana Kenyon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Raymond Marquart; a son, Bruce; and a daughter, Joyce. Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, June 21, 2010, at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Services, 201 Northwest Hwy., Palatine, IL 60067, with a Chapel service to follow at 4 p.m. Rev. Steve Howland of Our Saviors Church in Schaumburg, Ill. officiating. Interment and Chapel service is 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6600 Covington Road, Fort Wayne.
