JAMES HESSLER Obituary

JAMES A. HESSLER, 58, of Pine Knot, Ky., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, at his home. Jim enjoyed life with interests to include wood working, carpentry, four-wheeling, and simply being outdoors. Jim retired from UPS at the age of 50 and was able to achieve a personal dream of designing and building his own home. He is survived by his mother, Martha E. (Snyder) of Payne, Ohio; sons, Austin Hessler, Arie Hessler and Aaron Hessler, all of Fort Wayne; wife, Jean Babcock; brothers, Dave (Dawn) Hessler of Milan, Mich., Mike (Deb) Hessler of Van Wert, Ohio, and John (Gina) Hessler of Payne, Ohio; sisters, Nancy Hessler and Jan Hessler, both of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death to by his father, William J. Hessler. He will be remembered and missed by all. A Celebration of Life open house for family only is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and for friends and visitors from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Goeglein's (lower level) 7311 Maysville Road, Fort Wayne.

I am so very for your families loss. I had the pleasure of working with Jim, he was our air driver to the Waterloo UPS Center. He was a gem! Yes.....he will be missed.
