JANET B. HOAGBURG

JANET B. (GLENN) HOAGBURG, 78, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at her home. Born in Philadelphia, Pa., Janet worked as a secretary for the Philosophy Department at IPFW for 33 years, retiring in 2002. She enjoyed spending time having lunch and dinner with friends and going on cruises with her husband. She also enjoyed her animals and bird watching. Surviving are her loving husband of 57 years, Frank J. Hoagburg of Fort Wayne; children, Steven (Susan) Hoagburg of Fort Wayne, Scott (Cheri) Hoagburg of Liberty Lake, Wash., Kim S. Coffee of Fort Wayne, and Caroline (Paul) Lindemann of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren, Michael, Brian and Rachel Hoagburg, Jessica and Colton Hoagburg, Brendan Coffee, Brittany (Michael) Schott, and Madeleine, Leah and Audrey Lindemann; great-grandchildren, Camryn, Rory and Radford Schott; sister, Suzanne Cross of Philadelphia, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews and their children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Anna Margaret Glenn; brothers, Thomas Stavely Glenn and Joseph Chamber Glenn II; sister, Nancy Caroline Glenn; and niece, Jennifer Cross-Bonacci. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Jan Funk officiating.
