Joann was the grandmother of my daughter-in-law Rachel Noyes Finley. I was blessed and fortunate to have met her twice. The first time was at her son Tim's funeral visitation and the second time was at my son Derek and Rachel's wedding. I am sure she had a very positive influence on Rachel and Evan as they were growing up. In return, Rachel has been a wonderful caregiver on site and from afar in overseeing her healthcare and personal affairs. I know she will be missed by her family and friends who loved her dearly. May all cherish the wonderful memories that were shared with Joann. May God grant peace, comfort and strength during this time of having lost a loved one.

Rachel and Evan, you don't know me, I feel like I know you from your Grandma's stories. I worked with Joann at VWR, we really missed her after she retired, she was a hoot! I know she cared for you both so much and am very sad to see her go. You are in my prayers.
