Yes Jack did love the lord. I remember as a small boy Jack would sing and be very happy at the South Side Church of God.As a small boy,Jack gave me his table saw he used on his lake cottage because he knew I loved to work with wood. He allways called me "sunshine" and allways made me feel good.He was an excellent salesman, and I will never forget when traffic on the lot was slow,Jack would get on the intercom and say"customers to the showroom, salesmen are waiting" which occationally one of the family still will do.I am thankfull to have visited when Jack came to see me and my family not too long ago. He will be remembered and missed. David Bell

Our condolences on your loss, but we rejoice with you that he knew and loved his Saviour. Fort Wayne is a big city, yet as they say, it is a small world. Only in reading the obituary did we learn that we know two of you who are (step-)related to each other: Debbie (I was looking under Griffin!) and Reverend Curtis (one Saturday your office appeared "lived in", the next it was empty -- are you pastoring full-time now?). God be with you and your family!
