KIMBERLY A. KLEIN

KIMBERLY A. KLEIN, 60, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 at her residence. Born Sept. 2, 1956 in North Java, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Roy George and Teresa (Gebel) George, who survives. She was a beloved spouse, mother, grandmother, daughter, friend and confidante. She graduated from Attica High School in Attica, N.Y. Kim worked as the floor manager for Consigned Designs in Fort Wayne and spent her weekends searching northern Indiana for antiques and objects to delight her customers. She was a devoted member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Kim was also an active contributor to the Parkview Traumatic Brain Injury Support Group and volunteered with Turnstone Flyers Sled Hockey Team. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and hosting for family and friends. She was a sharp euchre player and loved dinner at Paula's. Her grandchildren called her weekly for readings of Curious George. Survivors include her husband, Andy Klein; mother, Teresa George.; sons, Justin George, Zach (Courtney) Klein, Noel Klein; daughter, Taylor (Corey) Straub; grandchildren, Nell and Lew Klein; brothers, Steve (Marie) George, Tim (Mary) George, Trace (Tammy) George, Joe George, sister, Nancy (Jack) Allen. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10700 Aboite Center Rd., Fort Wayne (IN 46804) with calling two hours prior. Father Dave Voors and Deacon Jim Kitchen officiating. In lieu of flowers the family hopes for support of Parkview Brain Injury Support Group, 2200 Randalia Drive, Fort Wayne (IN 46805).
