Loucille "Cille" Dowdell-Allen, 87, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024, a member of DDE at COPI where she was on the Mothers' Board. She was a fun loving person and loved the Lord. To cherish her memory are her daughters, Henry Etta (Willie Bright-Savage), Linda (Johnnie) Cannady, Ulrica (Wilson) Whaley; a son, Wade (Bertha) Martin; one sister, Angeline Barron; adopted sister, Brenda Jean Dowdell and adopted brother, James Edward Dowdell; 20 grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Service is 11 a.m. Friday, December 13, 2024 at DDE at COPI 3501 Harris Road Fort Wayne, IN 46808 with Apostle, Dr. Oscar J. Nelson Dowdell-Underwood, officiating. Visitation one hour prior to services at the church. Fond memories may be shared at www.domccombandsons.com for the family.
