Mark Wherry Obituary

MARK A. WHERRY, 50, of of Fort Wayne, loving husband, father and friend went to a better place from his home Friday, July 9, 2004. He worked at Tokheim for 21 years and left to be a full time father. He was currently employed with Meijer. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, Eagles of New Haven and Summit City Dart Association. Surviving are his wife, Kathy (Reinhart); two sons, Wendel A. and Brandon M. Wherry, both at home; daughter, Erica (Joe) Turner; father, Paul E. Wherry Sr.; brother, Paul E. Wherry Jr.; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie E. (Steinbacher) Wherry. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment at Highland Park Cemetery. Memorials to Boy Scouts of America or Wendel's and Brandon's college funds.
