Nick always put his friends before himself. If it werent for Nick most of my entire school days would have been a bore. He always brought a good energy to a room.
You never had to feel like he was going to turn his back on you. He will be a friend until the end of time. I miss you Nick.

Living down the street from Nick I saw him often...always skateboarding over to someone's house or just around the neighborhood. He loved to skateboard. Then when Brook and I became good friends I got to know him a little better. He was always so kind and had a smile on his face. He was such an inspiration to so many. He will be missed but not forgotten. I am so sorry for your loss Fowler family. You are all so close and I know that this will only bring you closer. Lots of Hugs!

Nick did like to have fun and found a little innocent trouble now and then but I do have to say I did not know that side of him very well. The Nick I remember was kind, gentle, loving, fun spirited and most of all genuinely a good guy. I will always have a very special place in my heart for Nick and his family. Nick was the best friend I ever had. I only wish I could have been there for him as much as he was for me. He helped me through a lot of tough times and I miss him dearly. Nick was one special person I will never forget and will miss greatly.
That Fowler smile is loveable and contagious! I know the wounds are very deep but keep smiling Fowler family... that is a great way to keep his spirit alive. It was wonderful to look through the pictures on the web page. I see a piece of him in all of you.

I've known Nick since middle school. He used to always come over to my moms to hang out! He was always so warm and friendly to be around. He will be missed by so many but will NEVER be forgotten! Brook and I lived with Nick for awhile, and I remember it being crazy at times, but through all that he could still make us smile. He was a great guy who was very creative, and always had a new idea brewing. I will miss him. I am very sorry for your loss, but Nick will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Losing a child is the hardest thing a parent has to go through. I lost my daughter Jenna to SIDS in 1990. Nick would always greet me with a smile and a cheerful " Hi Aunt Linda" when i went to visit. I will miss that. Sad that you are gone, but happy for the time you were here with us. You will live on in my memory. Rest in peace.

I had many great memories hanging out with Nick growing up in Ossian. He was ALWAYS the first to stick up for his friends and have their back at all times. It seems like yesterday that Nick, myself, Shane Winans, Jason McJury,and Heath Nagel were all hanging out in Ossian getting into God knows what. The great memories shared will not be forgotten. May his family find peace in these difficult times.

We haven't met yet but I was looking forward to getting to know you because I knew of how fond brook was of you. We were already family and we didn't even know it yet. Baby Parker brought our families together and has shed so much light on both of our families lives. I know you would have been a great uncle to her! My father told me of Nick's passing today. Some of the best times of my life were playing ball in Ossian. The Fowler family was always there showing us all how a true family functions. I always knew no matter what the outcome of the game it was going to be an intresting night when they were there. I will always remember the good times we had together. He will truely be missed. When ever he was around he brightened the mood of everybody around him.

I have many fond memories of you from when we were younger. You were always interesting, always full of life. I am thankful that our paths crossed recently. Nick was like a big brother to me. I have so many fond memories with the Fowler family. I spent many overnights at the Fowler house in my younger days. Nick knew me just as well as Brook did. He was always the 1st to say hello to you, 1st to tell you how nice you looked that day, and the 1st to have your back when issues came up. Nick loved writing, telling stories and most of all making people laugh! I'll never forget a couple years ago Brook decided to make a trip home and didn't tell anyone but me because she needed a ride from the airport lol. 1st stop was Nick's! I'll never forget Nick's face when he saw Brook…he had the BIGGEST Smile on his face and sooooo over joyed with love! I've never seen a family so close then the Fowler family. I am truly sorry for your loss Rene, Dudley, Brook, Chris, Baby Parker, Angie, Shawn, Carley and Kenzie.
Even though Nick is no longer with us, his spirit is always among us. I will never forget Nick and he will always have a place in my heart! Love you Nick

Nick Fowler. The cousin of mine who seemed to beat me in everything i did. From the christmas present of stratego many years ago, darts, or about any other type of game we played. He always made me want to play him over and over just so i could say I finally won. I loved his view on things like that. He could know he was better than you and never let you realize it. I always enjoyed knowing i had a cousin with many of the same interests from Music, Skateboarding, and friends. Really gonna miss ya nick!

I remember hanging out with nick at his apartment on many occasions. I was going through a hard time in my life and Nick was always a understanding friend. He gave you the feeling that he never passed judgment on you and was very kind to everybody.

Nick and I have had many beveraged evenings together back in the day. On an evening where i became atleast 70% saturated with spirit juice! i was randomly left in the hands of Nick Fowler, issues arose and he even though Nick Fowler the "craziest" of us all, he was the one that kept the peace. He was at many times a Big Brother. And i appreciate his efforts in life and i commend him for who he was as a person. I love you Nick you will be missed.

Nick Is my friend. I miss him. He would've done anything for me or my family. He taught my son how to skate. He played dolls with my daughter. It was always fun when he came over. Usually he would sleep on the couch and when I would wake up in the morning he would already be gone. That's how it was the last time he came over. Then I didn't hear from him in about a year. He was gone from Facebook . 2months ago he showed back up as usual. He must have been on one of his journeys. He told me he was doing good living in Kendallville. He was now gonna be a DJ. He had good taste in music so I figured that would be something good for him. I was really looking forward to having him at our house for our New Years Eve party this year since he missed last years. He will be there in our hearts. I will never forget Nick. He was a true friend. It is a privilege he considered me his best friend. I just wish I could've been a better friend. Rest in peace Nick. After what you have had to live through you deserve it. Love you man!

I remember Nick letting me drive his car before I ever had a license. We drove all over wells county be n crazy kids that day. It was when we became friends. I had plenty of adventures with Nick that im not go n to mention, most of them times not to forget. Most of all I would like to just remember nick as a good person who was there if you needed him. I used to go over to my cousins house and nick would be there with more of his friends. Nick would be the only one of his friends to ever talk to me. After my cousin moved Nick would still come to my work and just sit and talk, he was such a great guy and he will be missed.

Nick was my sweet second cousin that I had the chance to spend time with this past year. He went into stores with me and helped me straighten and organize sunglasses....which doesn't sound very important, but to me, that time spent with him was priceless. We got to talk, laugh, share.....have lunch at Pizza Hut. That little job gave me a chance to spend time with my sweet Nick...and he was sweet, When I came to visit, I would bring Nick boiled peanuts because you can't get them up north.
