I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I had the pleasure to work with him as both a client and colleague on many occasions over the years, including particularly when I began the practice of law 40 years ago. He was a great teacher. My condolences.

Many good memories of the time Phil and my husband, Kermit, served in the Indana General Assembly...then later as Kermit, Phil, Carolyn and I served on vaarious committes and boards of the United Methodist Church in the North Indiana Conference. He and Carolyn liked sharing about their family..

One of my fondest memories as a child was serving as a Page at the Indiana Senate during the time my Uncle Phil served as a State Senator. There were many family events that come to mind including gatherings in Ft. Wayne, Lake Wawasee, and in in Petoski Michigan at Boyne Highlands ski resort. Some of the best times were spent with my cousins skiing and showing off on the slopes. Uncle Phil will be dearly missed.

Grandpa Phil as my kids called him will be forever missed. He was such a kind and generous man who loved his family with all he had. His quick wit and banter will be what I miss the most. Thank you Grandpa Phil for always making us feel loved like family.
