Ray was a great neighbor, a hard working man who loved his family and friends deeply. I don´t think in the 25 years I lived next door to Ray Wilkins it was very rare not to see him smile or hear his laughter. I remember one time we had hired a lawn care service and the guy got out of his truck but only put the flags in the yard indicating he had sprayed, but our good neighbor Ray told me that he watched him from his seat in the garage and that guy never sprayed our grass, thanks for always looking out for us Ray. My heartfelt condolences to Ray´s longtime girlfriend Dorothy Billingsley, whom he loved very much, his children and all of his grandchildren, who gave him joy and happiness. You are truly missed by your family and friends. Dean and I were very fortunate in having you as one of our neighbors that we could truly call a friend, with love and respect.

My deepest condolences to a great neighbor and the hardest working man I know. I miss seeing him work on his vehicles every day and shouting "hey Jordan " as I walk to my mailbox. Rest in peace Ray.
