Ron was a friend and admired by those with whom he worked. He loved his family and God. Professionally, he was one that could be trusted to give the right answers every time. He laughed a lot and was fun to be around and I remember him giving me regular updates as his house near Roanoke was being built. He really liked his pond and I'll bet he spent quite a bit of time fishing in it with family members. He will be missed by many.

My deepest sympathies to Ron´s family. Ron was special in so many ways. His knowledge, wisdom, and his willingness to help others made him a pleasure to work with at Essex. I will remember him as a friend and mentor who gave it his all.
