Sara Crapser Obituary

Sara Margaret (Clark) Crapser, 79, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on January 29, 2025, and was welcomed home into Jesus's arms. She was born at Fort Sill, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Otis and Leah Clark. Sara graduated from Northside High School, marrying the love of her life, Ned Crapser who preceded her in death. Sara was a professional florist and worked at Corner Florist for many years. Sara possessed a strong faith and was a member of St John's Lutheran Church Lake Township for over 50 years, and enjoyed participating in the women's bible studies and making friends. Sara loved cooking for her family and grandkids, and outdoor gardening. Her greatest love was spending time with her friends and family. Survivors include her son, Chris (Melanie) Crapser, three grandchildren: Vaughn, Courtney and Casie; two brothers, Tom (Kristine) Clark, Barry (Diane) Clark; sister Pat (Jon) Mix, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at St John's Lutheran Church located at 7914 W Cook Rd., Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46818 with visitation from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. Memorials to Ronald McDonald House and to St John's Lutheran Church Lake Township.
