Stephen Archacki Obituary

STEPHEN W. ARCHACKI, 89, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2005, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Lorain, Ohio, he was Co-Owner in the family owned Anthony Cafe and also a truck driver for Knepper's Cartage. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, cooking and gardening and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Helen of Fort Wayne; daughter, Karen Archacki of Fort Wayne; son, Steven Archacki of Fort Wayne; brother, Walter Augustyniak of Hoagland; and sister, Florence Schmeding of Hoagland; He was preceded in death by sisters, Lottie McAfee and Lillian Calkins. Service is 11:30 a.m. Saturday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Vigil at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to Cancer Services of Allen County or St. Charles Building Fund.
