Celia, Katie, Lara,
My condolences on Toms passing. I just heard from mom. I understand the loss of a dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you process his life. He was an energetic, and passionate man! Was glad to know him. All my best, Jim Cox

We lost a great man! He could be very intimidating, but when you got past that he was the sweetest, most wonderful human you could ever know! Prayers for the family.

To the family of Judge Ryan,
You are in my prayers at this time. I had many a case in front of the Judge and he was always a fair person. One of the best, personable and knowledgeable.

I knew Tom Ryan from the time he started practising law with Wiese,Mochamer and Roby in the Lincoln Tower.Tom was always pleasant and courteous, and never seemed to be bothered with the "small stuff".He did so much enjoy his tenure as Allen County Circuit Judge. He did drive he ugliest old station wagon in the county.Rest in Peace .
