Fort Wayne is still in shock and sadness because of Tim's death. He was a great friend to me and my husband. He was with my father the day he died unexpectantly. I know he will be a guardian angel to his friends and family and will never be forgotten. Save us a spot up there, Timmy.

Tim always knew the right things to say to lift one's spirit. The last time I saw him, he gave me a pendant that read,
"Live for today. The past is history,the future is a mystery and today is a gift. That's why we call it the present"
I will always remember Tim and those words will be with me forever. He was a dear friend and meant so much to me. May God be with him and those who are in mourning at this sad time.

I'm still in shock and so is my husband, Brian. We haven't stopped thinking about him since we heard the news. How can something so tragic ever make sense? Tim always asked about my husband's health in such a sincere way, that I knew he truly cared. He will be missed at the Coldwell Banker office and every Coldwell Banker party. Our prayers are with all of the friends and family who have been affected by this tragedy.

I wish to extend my condolensces to Tim's family and colleages in the office. When Tim was around, the lights were a little brighter. At the end of our last closing together, I gave Tim a 3 X 5 Marine Corps Flag. It took him back a little, as he was probably wondering why. For some reason, on that day, it equalled him selling a listing of mine. Sure sad to hear of this.

I wish to express my deepest sympathies to Cindy & all who dearly loved Tim.
I met Tim years ago through my brother-in-law Mike Pranger. He was a really great guy whom I used as my Realtor years later. He was always in a good mood. After our closing he took us to celebrate at KFC one of his favorite places!! He's left a hole in the hearts of many. But at the same time we are all blessed to have known this fine man.

To the Zimmerman family. My twin brother Timothy and I met Tim in the Marine Corp reserves thirty five years ago. He was proud to be a marine. One time, while showing me a property, he played a cd with marine corp hymns while on route. If "the glory of God is a person fully alive" that is what Tim was! I (we) have lost a good friend. A shoe shop building that he sold me on St. Mary's Ave.,I will always cherish, because Tim, through his tenacity, brought the sale to fruition. He was simply a great man and one who brought a strong sense of presence when ever you saw him. I will forever miss his bear hugs and his jovial laughter.

Tim Zimmerman was a great man who was always so good to me. Tim and I did business together for 20 years. He taught me a little, I taught him a little, and we both grew our businesses together over the years. My husband has been ill for several years, and a month did not go by in which Tim called me or stopped to see me to ask about him and if he could do something for us. What a guy! Tim will always be in my heart. Our prayers are with your loved ones and family.
