North Berwick, ME - Frances Alma Cole Sesin, 90, a life-long resident of North Berwick, Maine, transitioned to her Heavenly home on March 25, 2021, while living with her daughter in Bradenton, FL. Frances was born in Bucksport, Maine, daughter of late Manley W. Cole, and Effie R. Gray Cole. Frances was married 62 years to Albert Sesin Sr. who predeceased her in 2015. She graduated valedictorian from North Berwick High School in 1949. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, she worked at North Berwick Nursing Home for 15+ years until she and her husband retired in Port St. Lucie, FL in 1977 for 35+ years.
Frances is survived by her son, Al Sesin, Jr., and wife, April Sesin; Al's children: Lisa Bataran, Adam Joel Sesin, and Laura Crate; her daughter, Anne Osgood, and husband, Harry Osgood, and sons: Jason Osgood, Nathan Osgood, and Mathew Osgood; 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Dorris Cole Emery; and many nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her husband, Al Sesin, Sr; a granddaughter, Allison Sesin Williams; four brothers: Freeman, Tom, Bob and Donny and a sister, Selena Cole Post.
A Private Memorial Service, with family and close friends, will be held at Bethel Christian Church in North Berwick, Maine on June 3, 2021. Frances will be buried beside her husband at OST Woodlawn Cemetery in South Berwick, Maine. To see the full obituary, visit www.johnsonfuneralhomeme.com.
