I remember Frank from our days playing baseball at Henry Law Park and as a classmate at DHS. I valued his friendship. We have lost a great guy.

I have known Frank since I bowled with him a the Dover bowl we were on a team back in the 70's , then later he moved to Barrington just down the street from our house, I enjoyed stopping by while he was working on his fire wood, he was a great guy he will be missed, If you ever need anything Loretta just give me a call.
