Chris, Kevin & Kids - So very sorry for your loss. I've included a poem that I've kept close to my heart and referenced over the years since loosing my dad. I hope it helps...

First, you cry. Second, you well, OK, you cry second, too.

Eventually, you stop crying. Time passes.

Then, one unexpected day, something happens, And you find yourself with an old, forgotten Friend –
Your smile.

When you catch yourself smiling, you stop – you feel guilty, maybe.

Until, finally, laughter.
It feels as good as it ever did.

You want to laugh again, So you do.

And you live on. No matter what stage you find yourself in today, Remember that we care!

My family and I loved Papou dearly. He was a wonderful man who was always there for his family and friends. Even if I had not seen him in a while, he would always ask about my family, niece, and nephews. He was so proud of his family and I would see him supporting the kids at their games, recitals, concerts, and always with a smile. I can still picture his favorite chair surrounded by hundreds of pictures of his grandchildren or on the floor with all of his grandkids tumbling all over him. He was a special man. Alexa and Loukas loved him so and will always know how much he meant to them. He will be missed and will remain forever in our hearts. Our thoughts are with you Yia, Jim, Chris, Nick, and your families.

My deepest sympathy. Loukas was one of the best. He was a good guy and always a gentleman. When my father Mike, who was good friend of Loukas, died he came to me and gave me words of sympathy and encouragement that I have never forgotten. He was a gentle giant to me.
