To my other Mom,
I first want to say I am so sorry I wasn’t there for you... I would have come in a heartbeat if I had known. I wish I could have hugged you.
I will be forever grateful for you. You opened your home & heart to me and treated me like a daughter- at the time I needed this very much- Thank You!
I will always remember those times sitting around your kitchen table just talking and laughing. You with your quick sarcastic humor. You were always so unassuming, such a giving person, honest, and so genuinely kind. This is what I will miss most about you.
You never faulted me for not stopping by more often. I think you knew I loved you and that you were in my heart wherever I went.
I miss you and you will always be in my heart. With love,
Lynne ❤

Marlene this has taken me awhile to write, I miss you so much and doing this makes it so real. You will be in my heart forever. I will remember all of our good times, Brownies, Bear Brook family gatherings, Picnics at Hilton Park, Extension, Central Styling (Don's Shop), backyard barbecues and parties. Your the one that brought me into the Richard Family setting me up with your brother Donald on that blind date. You will leave a big hole in my heart, but I know you are in a better place and at peace with family and friends. I love you, God bless. With deepest sympathy. Linda Richard

I remember back from when I was just about 8, hanging with the La Vault clan! A family away from home! Camping, dinners, family events, home renovations, Boy Scouts and so much more. Marlene was like a second mother, she shared everything as if my family was her actual family. She will be missed. Michelle, Roger, Monique and the rest of the entire McCann and Richard family will be in our thoughts! We love you all.

Mrs laVault was always fun to hang out with. She always welcomed me as one of her own. I cant wait to see her again, and knowing I will see her again is what makes her passing slightly less painful. I will miss her laugh and her kindness but I am also happy for her new eternity. She lived a sacrificial life to raise a wonderful family and through them, she will live on with those she left behind. Much love Mrs LaVault I was blessed to have you in my life.
