Garry Jenkins Obituary

Garry Michael Jenkins, 48, of Boonsboro, MD, passed away, Tuesday, January 12, 2016.

Born Wednesday, December 6, 1967 in Washington, DC, he was the son of Garry and Ann Jenkins of New Smyrna Beach, FL.

He graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 1985. He worked in the car industry for over 30 years. In his spare time he enjoyed playing the drums with multiple bands.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Diane Jenkins; children, Kasey and Chris Jenkins, both of Boonsboro; brother, David Jenkins and wife, Marci of Gaithersburg, MD; sister in law, Debbie Neff and husband, John of Rockville, MD; brother in law, Steve Boyd and wife, Trish of Salisbury, MD; nieces and nephews, Samantha and Sean Jenkins, Katlyn Neff and Molly and Zoe Boyd; and long time friend, Pete Johnson.

Services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016, at 1:00 pm, at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North Hagerstown, MD.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, January 16, 2016, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Interment will be held privately with the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Garry's memory to a charity of your choice.

Working at Fitzgerald I had admired the way he handled all if us like family having seen him at his recent job he asked . Are you looking for a job ?
