Muriel Cline Obituary
Born on Nov. 2, 1922, in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Markley Mullin. Lovingly known as "M," she was a beloved Mother, friend and a devoted member of Brook Hill United Methodist Church, a Disciple Bible Study student, Wise Owl member and one of the original members of the Care and Concern Group. Muriel was an example of love and kindness to all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Bernie Cline and wife Carol of Hampstead, Dennis Cline and fiance Nancy Shaneybrook of Hunt Valley, Mary Brown and husband Danny of Frederick, and twins Maureen Cline and Melanie Boteler and husband Curt, all of Frederick; 10 grandchildren, Bernie Cline Jr. and wife Chris of Hampstead, Colleen Cardwell and husband Rick of Westminster, Kelly Reynolds and husband Hugh of Manheim, Pa., Tracey Ozsvath and husband Matt of Owings Mills, Amy Sullivan and husband Mike, Kerrie Brown, Matt Brown and fiance Angie Burrier, Meghan Boteler, Colin Boteler and Cody Boteler, all of Frederick; five great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Eleanor Le Cates of Sharptown, Md.; and a brother-in-law, Charles E. Cline and wife Doris of Baltimore; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Cline was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard W. Mullin.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 27, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, at Brook Hill United Methodist Church, 8946 Indian Springs Road, Yellow Springs where funeral services will be begin at 11 a.m. with her pastor Dr. Conrad O. Link officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Brook Hill United Methodist Church, 8946 Indian Springs Road, Frederick, Md. 21702 or the American Cancer Society, 1393 Progress Way, Suite 908, Eldersburg, Md. 21784.
