Baltimore Police Major (retired) Donald E. Healy

Earlier today

Steve Zabetakis was one of my instructors when I went through the Baltimore Police Academy in 1973. He was a class favorite and someone that you could approach for advice. I remember that he retired quite a while ago, but I never forgot him. He went onto share his vast knowledge of Criminal Justice to several other generations of police officers. My condolences to his family, may he Rest in Peace with our Lord.
