Susan Yinger Obituary
Born on September 24, 1948, in Virginia, Henry G. and Ione Mears Witkowski. Anyone who met Susan knew she was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and enjoyed attending spring training games in Florida. For over 30 years, Susan was the Business Manager for a local janitorial supply company, Fisher-Lang. When the business closed in 1999, Susan decided to change career paths and become a licensed real estate agent. She spent most of her real estate career with Radcliffe Realty Group. She was instrumental in managing and expanding the property management side of the business. She was also an active member in the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Susan volunteered with the Frederick Community Action Agency Housing Services, assisting participants with an overview of the home buying process and teaching the importance of managing credit.
In addition to her husband, Susan is survived by her daughter, Tammy M. Biggerman and husband Michael; son, Reggie C. Yinger and wife Amanda; as well as her faithful Old English Sheep Dog, Daisy.
The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Frederick Church of the Brethren, 201 Fairview Avenue, Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 11am at the church. Inurnment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Reverend Larry Fogle and Reverend Paul Black will officiate.
Memorial donations may be made to Second Street and Hope Inc. at 8 West Second Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.

Susan was a colleague of integrity and warmth. We met first as baseball moms, and again in real estate. She was thorough and knowledgable, and will be missed on so many different levels in our community. She was a true lady and so very professional! My prayers are with her family during this time of loss.
