Wilmer Eugene Martin, 85, of Hagerstown Maryland, passed away at his home, Saturday, October 4, 2025. He was born February 2, 1940, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Lawrence S. and Evelyn M. (Horst) Martin.

He was a member at Pinesburg Mennonite Church. He is survived by his wife Loretta M (Eby) Martin; five sons, Leverne E. Martin and wife Rachel of OH, Gilbert L. Martin and wife Dorcas of PA, Donovan L. Martin and wife Miriam, of MD, Dolyn L. Martin and wife Jualene of PA, Glendall L. Martin and wife Darlene of PA; three daughters, Wilmetta M. Martin and husband Steven of PA, Annette M. Eby and husband Ethan of MD, and Almetta M. Martin at home; 43 grandchildren and 72 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Leonard Martin and wife Esther Mae, Mark Martin and wife Betty Jane, one sister Lorraine Eby and husband Seth all of MD. He was proceeded in death by an infant sister Joyce, and two great-grandchildren.

He was a dairy farmer for many years. He sold produce for John Showalter at Hyuetts Crossroad. He worked at Martin's Farm Market at Myersville, MD for nine years.

The family will receive friends at Clear Spring Mennonite Church Thursday, October 9, 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, October 10, at Clear Spring Mennonite Church. There will be a viewing one hour before the service. Burial will be in Pinesburg Mennonite Church Cemetery. Family requests the omission of flowers.
