Chase A. Rollins, 13, peacefully received his angel wings on January 11, 2017, following a lifelong illness. His final days were spent surrounded by loved ones that Chase had touched in some way throughout his short, yet very memorable life. He was preceded in death by his Grammy Marie Rollins his caregiver, Great-Grandfather Mike McDaniel, Aunt Crystal Clore and infant sister Faith. Chase is survived by his loving guardians, Cory and Jessica Rollins of Locust Grove; his siblings in the home Rhys, Arianna and Luke; brother Jayden; sister Skye; Maternal Great-Grandmothers Nancy McDaniel and Mary Rollins; Grandparents Rick and Angie Tapp; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; biological parents Leanne Rollins and Neal Rodrigues; Paternal Grandparents Ali Peck and Leonard Rodrigues; and half siblings Gracie, Daemian and Leland.
