Edward Hilliard Obituary
Edward Hilliard Jr.
Edward Hilliard Jr., 72, of Spotsylvania County passed away from this life Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital.
He was retired from the trucking industry.
Mr. Hilliard is survived by a sister, Ethel Waller; brother George Hilliard, and his wife, Ethel; two daughters, Candy Hilliard and Myriahi Elam; and devoted friend, Gloria Bolden.
A viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home. A funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Massaponax Church Road. Interment will follow in the family cemetery.
The family requests that all donations for the family be sent to A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home Inc., 200 Butternut Dr., Fredericksburg, Va. 22408.
