Paula V. Fennell
Paula V. Fennell, 85, of Stafford County passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Woodmont Center.
Paula was born in Williamson, W.Va., to the late Bertha and Earl Varney and graduated from Jefferson High School in Roanoke. She was in the banking industry for more than 20 years and was head cashier for the Bank of Buchanan. She loved her dogs, dancing and Myrtle Beach. Paula and her husband, Keith, taught country western dance at Skinifatz for eight years.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Keith Fennell; daughters Lynne Harris (Cliff) of Roanoke, Susan Bennett (Mike) of Hardy and Sandra Gale of Roanoke; grandchildren Chris F. Harris (Robin) of Roanoke, Valerie Brugh Watts (Daniel) of Hardy and Amanda Brugh Peay (Jeff) of Buchanan; and great-grandchildren Madison Harris and Jordyn Harris, both of Roanoke, and Virginia Peay, Luke Peay and Annabelle Peay, all of Buchanan.
Services will be private.
