Seth Morris, 35, of Kinnelon, N.J., died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2001, in the World Trade Center attack. He was the son of John and Barbara Morris of King George County.
Born in Milford, Conn., Mr. Morris was the managing director for Cantor-Fitzgerald in Manhattan, where he had worked for the past 14 years. He received his associate's degree in hotel management from the University of New Haven in Connecticut and his bachelor's degree in education from Southern State University. At the time of his death, he had been the coach for the Kinnelon Recreation Department for many years. He also played in the Morristown Roller Hockey League and competed in various weightlifting events.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Lynn Bailey; two daughters, Madilynn and Hayley; a son, Kyle; and two brothers, James Morris of Fredericksburg and John Morris of West Grove, Pa.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Community Church of Smoke Rise in Kinnelon.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Kinnelon Recreation Department, 130 Kinnelon, N.J. 07405.
