Bobbie Klinksiek Obituary

Mrs. Rudy V. Klinksiek, nee Bobbie L. Nelson of Fredericksburg, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the age of 77 years.

Bobbie L. Nelson was born on February 2, 1948 in Gonzales, Texas to Robert Louis Nelson Jr. and Colleen Mercer Nelson.

She married Rudy V. Klinksiek on August 27, 1971 in Austin, Texas.

Bobbie is survived by her husband: Rudy V. Klinksiek of Fredericksburg;

Two sons: Robert Klinksiek and Edward and Melissa Klinksiek of Fredericksburg;

Two grandchildren;

Two sisters and two brothers: Cathy, Karlette, Gary, and Jon.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Colleen Nelson; one sister: Sandy Windwehen, and one brother: Mike Nelson.

The family will have a visitation on Thursday, October 9, from 10 to 11 a.m., in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg.

There will be a private graveside service at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given in her memory to the Grapetown Cemetery Association, The Good Samaritan Center or to the charity of your choice.
