Diana Mondi Obituary
Brighton - On Sunday, May 16, 2021 Diana Helen Mondi at 98 years old departed this life while surrounded by loved ones. Born on November, 20 1922 to Ruth Wise and Leon Wood. She was married to the love of her life, Dominic E. Mondi, for 61 years . Her unwavering kind, generous, and loving spirit in addition to her sense of humor will be greatly missed by those lucky enough to have known her. During her many years she enjoyed using her talents to create many handmade treasures for family and friends. She will also be missed by her four-legged, napping and window watching companion, "Ozzie". She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her daughter Concetta, sons Dominic and Stephen, grandchildren Amy (Bill) Klenk and Anthony Mitchell, great-grandchildren Hayden and McKenzie, sister Grace and former son-in-law Curtis. Her final wish was to donate her body to the U of M Anatomical Donations Program. A private memorial service will be held at a future date. A donation in Diana's name can be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
