Anna Louise Vespermann

Anna was born in Dos Cabezas, Arizona, and married Marvin Vespermann in Lordsburg, New Mexico on March 6, 1948, and became a farmer's wife in Raisin City, California in 1953. She took pride in taking care of her home and her family, was an accomplished seamstress, cake decorator, and oil painter, which she took up after her children were grown. But Anna described the most important part of her life in these words, "My life has been centered around my dedication and service to my God, Jehovah". She and Marvin were baptized together on December 28, 1957, in Merced, Ca. and she was a faithful servant of Jehovah for 52 years, until her death. Anna is survived by Marvin, her devoted husband of 61 years; her daughters, Janet Cangemi of Clovis, Ca., and Leslie Balkwill of Fresno, Ca.; her sons, Marvin Vespermann of Fresno, Ca., and Roger Vespermann of Caruthers, Ca.; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; her sister, Aloma Laura Butler of Redding, Ca.; and her brother, Albert Alan Dunham of Union City, Ca.
