I had the pleasure of working with Barclay for several years at the Hanford site. He provided valuable insights into nuclear safety and was an asset to our project for safely handling spent nuclear fuel. He will be missed by many.

I was a classmate at Fresno High. I knew Barclay to always have a blinding twinkle in his eye. Am really saddened to hear of his passing.

I was a classmate of Barclay and remember him as a brilliant student and just an all around kind guy. My condolences to his family may he rest easy.
