Beverly McLean Flint Obituary

Beverly Ann McLean Flint went home to the Lord on September 23, 2025. Born September 8, 1931 in what is now Sanger, California, Beverly was the second child of Floyd and Hazel McLean. Along with her brother, Floyd, and sister, Loretta, the family moved to Fresno where she grew up. Beverly attended Roosevelt High School, where she made lifelong friendships.

Bev met Lee Flint while attending First Church of God. They were married for 56 years and raised two daughters. Beverly worked in doctors' offices throughout her 40-year career, serving as office manager for many years. In retirement she and Lee enjoyed golfing, visiting family, and traveling, especially their around the country driving trip with Beverly's brother and sister-in-law, Mickey. Her greatest joy in life was her four grandchildren, to whom she is an enduring example of a Godly woman. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother and sister, and husband. She is survived by daughters Patti Flint, MD, and Terri Griffin (Scott), her grandchildren Emma Griffin, Connor Griffin, Parker Flint-Hill, and Presley Flint-Hill and beloved nieces and nephews.

Beverly will be remembered for her cheerful spirit and the love she shared with everyone around her. A gravesite service will be held Monday, October 13 at 11:00 at Fresno Memorial Gardens. Arrangements made by Boice Funeral Home.
