Christopher Budge Obituary

INFANT CHRISTOPHER DAVID BUDGE II

Christopher David Budge II was born on Friday, March 4, 2005, to the loving parents, Christopher and Cindy Budge. He gently passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2005, after bravely battling Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Christopher's time on Earth may have been measured, but his life touched all he encountered. He had a smile that was sure to light up the room, and in his eyes was the brilliances of the stars. During his life, he knew the safety and comfort of his mother's embrace, and knew enthusiastic joy at the sound of his father's voice as he gazed into his father's loving face. The Lord trusted this family with his precious life and now he has returned to his creator. Christopher is survived by his parents, Christopher and Cindy Budge; his sisters Amanda and Kailah; grandparents, Bob and Kathy Wolfe, Carey and Deborah Parnell, and Donald Budge; great-grandparents, Jay and Gerry Budge, Pauline Byars, and Dorothy Wolfe; aunts, uncles, cousins, and close family friends. The family would like to thank Children's Hospital and all of the wonderful doctors and nurses who went beyond the call of duty in treating Christopher. A Viewing will be at Boice Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Chapel Service will be held at Boice Funeral Home on Thursday, May 26, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Clovis District Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Children's Hospital Cental California. BOICE FUNERAL HOME308 Pollasky, Clovis 299-4372

Baby Chris meant something precious to each of us in our own way. He brought the family together for the special celebration of his life. He showed us what an outstanding set of parents and sisters he has. He reminded us that each of us is a miracle and that we should love each other, listen to each other and appreciate each other in an un-hurried fashion. And so, dear Chris II, we will. Love, Aunt Jennifer, Uncle Steve and Cuz Avery Rose.

In your short life, you filled hearts and lives with love. By any measure, your life was one of purpose and beauty. May peace and comfort be with your family until the time comes when we can all meet and share in your light. Rest in Comfort and Love.

Christopher (Peanut) was a beautiful child and spirit. While we had just barely said Hello when we had to say Good-Bye, he touched so many hearts. I will always treasure seeing him play with his Tigger balloon with his Aunt Sarah. He would smile and laugh as he waved the balloon around. He is now our sweet little angel watching us from above. I love you always, Grandma Debby
