Fowler, California - It is with a profound sadness that we announce the passing of Clifford Ken Sera, who left us too soon on March 27, 2025, at the age of 54. Born on April 11, 1970, in Fresno, Clifford was a resident of Fowler and built a career in construction with Better Flooring.

Clifford was the cherished son of Hitomi and Kimihiro Sera, and a devoted brother and brother-in-law of Yumi and Rob Clevenger, and Emily and Andy Rose. Most of all, he was an adoring uncle to Amelia, Bobby and Oskar. He loved his niece and nephews with all his heart.

An alumnus of UC Berkeley, Clifford was a fountain of sports knowledge, especially when reminiscing about his days playing football and baseball at Fowler High. He was a Redcat through and through. You could always count on Clifford for an animated, detailed rundown of any game, any time.

Clifford's love for his family and friends was boundless. He was reliable and supportive, always reaching out and thinking of others. His passion for sports led to some unforgettable trips to watch Fresno State and Raiders games, the Olympics in China, and to play golf at Pebble Beach. He also attended the Superbowl, World Series, NBA Finals, World Cup, U.S. Open, and traveled to the Kentucky Derby, Belmont Stakes and Preakness races with his dad.

He loved comedy and music, and proudly holds the family Hitster Champion Title. He is the original April Kid. As we remember Clifford, we will miss his humor, his loyalty, and his incredible spirit. Rest in peace, Clifford, knowing that you made our lives all the brighter and filled our hearts with unforgettable memories. We will love you forever.

The family will be hosting a life celebration for Clifford in early June.
